Rewilders is a Winchester based coaching company run by Katie Newman.
what was the problem?
Katie got in touch towards the end of 2020 when her business was still in its first year. While things were going well in her business, she knew that she wanted to take things up a notch. This included a major rebrand (including a new name!) and, alongside it, a deep dive into her business operations. She wanted support moving her business to the next level… And that’s where I came in.
Katie had a clear vision of what she wanted her business to be and, together, we identified that her client experience was the best avenue to take her there. Plus, it was the perfect timing: she wanted a business that would not only look great (thanks to the rebrand), but would have a customer experience to match.
what was the solution?
As a purpose-led business, it was important to start with values and purpose. Once they were defined we mapped out goals and financials
We mapped out the client experience process and identified the tech, templates and automations needed. We enhanced the client touchpoints and added the magic to ensure a great, repeatable experience that reflected Rewilders' values.
An implementation plan, together with a system training session, ensured that Katie was equipped to successfully apply her new client experience.
In October 2020, we worked together over a two week period on the full Rewilders’ client experience. A huge element of this was looking at Katie’s brand values, purpose and vision, and then making sure they were effectively captured in the customer journey.
As part of the process, we;
Defined the business values and purpose
Created ideal client profiles
Mapped out mid-term and short-term goals, including financial
Worked through the client experience for each service in a two-step approach, laying out the bare bones of the processes and then adding extra touch points
Looked at possible tech solutions that would save time and, ultimately, money
Although the focus for this project was on the Rewilders’ customer experience, the process also gave Katie direction and the confidence and encouragement to start charging more for her services.
