Once your operations are set up, we can ensure that they evolve with your growing business. We'll check in with you regularly to understand your plans, and we'll keep up to date with the ever changing

We'll begin with a planning session, identifying opportunities to improve your current operations. We might focus your client experience, business processes, core systems and tech, and/or people plans - whatever is needed to take your business to the next level.

 

Then, we can move on to the implementation if you'd like us to do it for you. We have a small team of experts with a broad operational skillset. Here are some of the things we can help you with;

 

  • Set up and/or optimise your tech (think Dubsado, Paperbell, ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Zapier, Flodesk, Mailchimp etc)

  • Create your people processes and governance (recruitment, onboarding, performance management, organisation charts and role descriptions)

  • Support your hiring process (CV sifting and initial interviews)

  • Project manage the complete operational set up, including sourcing partner providers such as copy writers, brand and graphic designers, photographers, website designers/developers (if not using a template builder), and HR/employment lawyers

Every planning session and implementation will be different, so we'll start with a discovery call and provide a bespoke quote for your project. As a guide;

Think of us as your own operations team. We’ll keep your processes and tech up to date and running smoothly. We'll support your ongoing people requirements to ensure you deliver on your business plan.

 

All you need to do is decide how much you want us to manage on your behalf, and we’ll do the rest. Imagine not having to worry about broken links or integrations, embedding your opt-ins on your website, updating your processes, or spending hours finding the right person to hire in the right way for your business. We can even run an operations improvement process for you, ensuring that your processes, tech, and people are always working efficiently and effectively in the ever-changing small business landscape. half day operations analysis session - Investment: £400

Note this is not needed if we've already worked with you on your operations

 

Then you can select the package that's right for you. Here are your options;

 

Basic support – 2 hours per month - Investment: £200

Great if you're introducing core tech and/or have hiring or outsourcing in your 12-month plan

Next level support – 4 hours per month - Investment: £390

Great if you've got core tech in place, and need a revamp/level up with increased monthly support as your team grows

Enhanced support – 6 hours per month - Investment: £580

Great if you've got a small team with core tech in place and a desire to scale quickly

 

Minimum 3-month contract.
